This Darker Saison is brewed a bit darker for the special occasion when the Moon creates a darker than normal day. Crisp, malty, spicy grain profile from the Munich and Rye malt with a herbal flavour from the Noble Saaz Hop along with the Tangerine fruity aroma from Mandarina Bavaria Hops. The Saison yeast really gives this style its wonderful spectrum of flavours & aromas; Spicy, Fruity, Peppery with a tart crisp dry finish.

The 2nd in our Blonde Ale series. We start with a blend of Irish base malts to give a light, crisp, grainy flavour. The star of this show is the American hop blend Falconer’s Flight, a blend of the most aromatic and exciting hops from the American North West. We dosed the beer through the whole brewing process to bring out the Grapefruit, Tropical, & Floral flavours & aromas that dominate in this brew.
Made using all Irish ingredients. We start with a grain bill of 100% Irish Ale Malt from Malting Company of Ireland. The beer is hopped using all of our own hops grown in Roundwood This years batch has a blend of Cascade, Perle, Nugget, and Prima Dona. The hops are added late in the boil to capture the subtle flavor and aromas from the hops. As this is a special harvest ale, the beer will never taste the same from year to year, as we plant newer varieties of hops and the harvest yeilds increase the brews will be unique every time.
A true American original beer style, Kentucky Common was originally produced in the Kentucky area in the 1800’s alongside the Bourbon Distillers. A lightly flavored, malty dark cream ale, with a crisp finish and complex flavor blend from the Rye, Maize, Caramel, and Chocolate malts. With a subdued alcohol and high carbonation, this historical brew is incredibly refreshing and sessionable any time of the year.
This American Amber Ale is a Hoppy and Caramel flavored American style craft ale. The first smell delivers a sweet caramel malt background with a blast of citrus and tropical fruit aroma from the Citra and Cascade Hops. The flavor follows suit and a pleasant lightly lingering citrus bitternes mellows with the malt to the end.
