Locavore Winter 2024 is a celebration of all the hard work on our Hop Farm throughout the year. The fruits of our labour, the hops, are freshly harvested and added to the brew on the same day. This is our 11th hop harvest and we hope you enjoy the beer as much as we have enjoyed growing and brewing it.
Expect a full-flavoured stout packed with roasted malt flavours and floral hop bitterness. This dark, roasty stout finishes with a clean, smooth dryness that will leave you wanting more.
At Wicklow Wolf, we’re dedicated to brewing exceptional beer in a sustainable way. Beholden only to the changing seasons and Mother Nature, we’ve worked tirelessly on our hop farm to bring you a beer that celebrates the best of our 2024 hop harvest.
For the 11th edition of Locavore Winter, we’ve brewed a rich Dry Irish Stout made with the finest local ingredients: pure Wicklow water, freshly harvested hops from our farm, and locally sourced barley. Locavore is more than a beer—it’s a tribute to terroir, sustainability, and the land we call home.
With over 5,000 native Irish trees, eight thriving beehives, and acres of hops on our farm, every sip of Locavore Winter 2024 supports our vision of sustainable, locally rooted brewing.
