What happens when you crossbreed A Wicklow Wolf? You get a savagely good beer. Our small batch limited edition brews are concocted in collaboration with a select few friends we’ve invited to our brewery in Newtownmountkennedy.
Brewing beer and collaborating with friends is something that we love doing. We love to brew with friends, swap ideas, share stories and celebrate post brew with a beer. We are always delighted to have our friends from other breweries and other industries to visit us to collaborate. These collaborative brews are known as the Crossbreed Series. Find the latest Crossbreed Series releases in all good independent off licences nationwide.
Outwest w/ Outwest Clothing
Wicklow Wolf and Outwest Clothing, two proudly certified B Corporations, have joined forces to create a beer to celebrate being a force for good, community, shared values and a proper welcome to the neighbourhood.
This collaboration brings together the wild Wicklow spirit and Outwest’s outdoor mindset in this West Coast Trail Ale (a West Coast Pale), brewed with hops from fellow B Corp, Crosby Hops. Expect bright citrus and stone fruit notes with a crisp, clean finish, made for post-hike pints and long afternoons outdoors. We’re welcoming Outwest into the Wicklow community with their new store in Greystones, and we’ll be teaming up on fun events including hiking and trail running. Enjoy – please drink responsibly!
Truffle Shuffle w/ Butlers Chocolate
At Wicklow Wolf, we believe great beer is born from great collaborations. That’s why we’ve teamed up with our friends at Butlers Chocolate to create something truly indulgent – Truffle Shuffle.
A rich, velvety Milk Chocolate Truffle Stout inspired by Butlers’ luxurious handcrafted Milk Chocolate Truffles. Truffle Shuffle is a decadent treat for the senses. Expect layers of smooth milk chocolate, hints of creamy vanilla, and a luscious, silky mouthfeel. A beer brewed to celebrate craft, quality, and best savoured slowly. Enjoy – and please drink responsibly!
