Locavore Summer 2021 is a gorse saison brewed with 10g/l of foraged gorse from our hop farm and our very own grown heritage breed of malted barley. Back in early 2020 we sowed the field behind the brewery with our very own Wicklow malt. Malted by our friends in Athgarret Malt and Craftsman Malt we were super excited to showcase this malt in a beer. You can expect Locavore Summer 2021 to be packed with floral, citrus and coconut esters with a hint of spiced banana and a light crisp body.
