Dark Sarcasm

Introducing Endangered Species no. 42, Dark Sarcasm. An 11.0% Imperial Stout that was slowly aged for over one year in Cognac and Madeira barrels and blended by our brewers to give a complex, rich stout. Dark Sarcasm pours a deep, dark opaque black and boasts aromas of red apple, winter fruits, mulled wine and a hint of cinnamon on the nose. The taste gives further complex characteristics of dark chocolate, red wine tannins, apple crumble and stewed oranges. A beer to be sipped and savoured over the winter months.
