Introducing Endangered Species no. 48, Bark & Bite. A beer originally brewed to celebrate our 3rd Birthday, we have brought it back from extinction for our 10th Birthday. We have taken this classic and given it a little update, but this Double IPA’s bite is still just as powerful as its bark. Piney, fruity, with a strong malty backbone, medium bitterness, Bark & Bite is brewed with classic American hops of Simcoe, Cascade, Columbus and Centennial. 10 years on from our first brew, here is to many more years and beers.
