We are delighted to welcome our friends from Nobó to the brewery. Nobó is a young Irish health food brand that specialise in delicious dairy free chocolate and ice creams. We first met Brian and Rachel not long after we formed the brewery and have stayed in touch ever since, sharing advice and stories of two young Irish start-ups. 6 years on, we finally got to brew something special together.
