Wicklow Wolf Brewing Company are officially a Certified B Corporation as of September 2024, a significant milestone on our journey. We are the first brewery in Ireland to join the global B Corp community.

TRUFFLE SHUFFLE
Introducing Truffle Shuffle – a rich, velvety Milk Chocolate Truffle Stout, crafted with our friends at @butlerschocolate. A collaboration brewed to indulge the senses.
Inspired by the distinctive flavour of Butlers Milk Chocolate, this rich stout is infused with Butlers’ cacao nibs, a touch of vanilla, and creamy lactose – creating a smooth, decadent stout that’s best enjoyed alongside a creamy Butlers Milk Chocolate Truffle.

EMBRACE THE DARKNESS
The wait is over, from deep within the Wicklow woods, the roar of Devil`s Glen can be heard. Unleashed, this rare beast is sinfully good and hitting shelves nationwide this week.
Pouring jet black with notes of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and caramel – cut by bright bursts of citrus and pine – this 6.66% Black IPA is devilishly bold, bitter, and unapologetically wicked.

We’ve channelled that dark, satanic energy into our latest endangered species: Devil’s Glen, a Black IPA that’s bold, bitter, and unforgiving at 6.66%.
Expect a jet-black pour with whispers of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and caramel – cut through by flashes of citrus, tropical fruit, and pine from the hops.
Brewed for those who aren’t afraid to embrace the darkness.

ECO TRAIL WICKLOW 2025
What a day, what a race and what a community. We are proud sponsors of @ecotrailwicklow, a partnership that goes back to the first race and it just keeps getting better every year. It was a privilege to watch everyone cross the finish line with big smiles after a hard run and to share some of our Wicklow Wolf 0.5 beer with them. A massive congrats to all the finishers, including our co-founder Simon, brewer Harry, taproom member Melanie and all the Wicklow Wolf Running Club members who braved the weather and finished strong.
A massive thanks to everyone at Eco Trail Wicklow, all the volunteers and marshals. It was great to see our friends @dynafit, @_nobo_ and @if_endurance_ire there too, supporting, running and fuelling everyone for the day.

HOP HARVEST 2025
In true spirit of our Locavore hop harvest, we are beholden to nothing but Mother Nature. With this in mind, the hops are ready to be harvested, hand picked and added fresh into this year`s Locavore Hop Harvest beer.
We will be hand picking hops tomorrow in the Taproom from 10am – 2pm with all the hops being added straight into the brew at 2pm sharp.
If anyone is around to lend a hand picking the hops, there will be coffees and of course some beers for all our helpers again. Please send us a private message if you will be able to make it. We will also make sure to keep a can or 2 aside of the final beer for all those who played a hand in hop picking when it finally releases.
Our hop harvest day is always a great community day and we can`t wait for this years harvest. See you all tomorrow.

Last night we welcomed the Leinster squad down to the Wicklow Wolf Brewery & Taproom in Newtownmountkennedy for an evening of great beer, great food and plenty of laughs. It was a pleasure to have the lads down, show them around the brewery, and share our story.

As the Crow Flies, brewed in collaboration with @cloudwaterbrew is a 6.0% Hazy IPA with Krush, Galaxy and Idaho 7 hops.
Expect waves of juicy tropical fruit, peach, and citrus layered with soft notes of bubblegum, banana from the unique yeast blend of New England and hefeweizen yeasts. This unique yeast blend when chosen by the brewers in or to boost the aroma, complimenting the citrus and stone fruit flavours, giving a smooth, well-rounded
mouthfeel.
Make sure to get your hands on this before it is extinct, it won`t hang around too long. It will also be pouring at this weekend`s @dublinbeerfestival.

A beer brewed with our friends in Cloudwater, this is a beer that celebrates not only the deep ties between Ireland and Manchester, but the close knit brewing community, bound by shared values of creativity, craft, and connection. Like the crow’s path – direct and purposeful – this beer is brewed with intention: to bring people together, to celebrate friendship, and to raise a glass to the creativity
and craft that unite us.

A couple of weeks ago, we had the pleasure of welcoming our friends from Manchester – @cloudwaterbrew to the brewery to brew something special. Having the guys over from Cloudwater gave our brewers the excuse to order in some new exciting hops and experiment with some yeast. A beer brewed to celebrate the creativity, craft and passion that unites us.

A beer brewed better. It is always great to work with fellow @bcorporation companies and this collaboration was a special one for us. Working directly with the amazing team @crosbyhops, and to use their incredible hops in a beer that showcases our shared values of quality, innovation, sustainability, and community.
Last September, our Head Brewer Andrew visited their hop harvest in Oregon to hand select the hops for this beer. Together, we picked Amarillo® CGX™, Elani™ and Centennial, bringing their bright citrus and stone fruit character to life in a crisp, refreshing XPA.
With every can sold, funds will go directly to @rewild_wicklow, supporting the restoration and protection of Wicklow’s wild spaces.

MÓR BIER..
Mór Bier is a beer born from friendship, and a love of tradition, flavour and fermentation. A collaboration between Wicklow Wolf and @gubbeen Farmhouse, this 6.0% Bock is a nod to tradition and taste, the key values behind Gubbeen. This is a beer rooted in connection. Gubbeen, based in Schull, West Cork, is renowned not just for its farmhouse cheeses and cured meats, but also for the craftsmanship of @fingalferguson and his hand-forged knives made in the farm workshop. A long-time friend of Wicklow Wolf, Fingal has shared many a sauna and pints with our co-founder Simon – and it’s from these moments that this collaboration was born.
Taking its name from the classic French cheese, Morbier, known for its iconic ash line in the middle, the name is also a hat tip to the Irish – mór meaning “big” – and, naturally, the call for “more beer.”
Brewed in the style of a classic German Bock, Mór Bier showcases the time-honoured techniques of traditional lager brewing. It pours a rich amber with aromas of dark bread, caramel, and subtle dried fruit. On the palate, it’s smooth and malt-forward, with layers of toffee, biscuit, and a warming finish. Mór Bier is made to be shared around a table, with friends and accompanying great food.
