We were delighted to finally have our friends in The Shed Distillery down to brew something special together.
After a meeting of minds between our Head Brewer John Allen and the Shed’s Head Distiller Brian Taft, Curious Mind was born. A big Imperial Stout aged for 12 months in Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Whiskey Barrels to allow the beer to slowly mature and flavours develop. Expect this complex stout to be rich and aromatic with hints of oak and spice. Enjoy.
