Introducing Endangered Species no. 44, Barberhop Quartet. A beer brewed to celebrate our Head of Production, John Allen’s 40th birthday. John recently has found a new hobby in the form of his local choir, which inspired the naming of this West Coast IPA. Brewed using a quartet of hops, this pale amber IPA is generously dry hopped with Amarillo, Bravo, Galaxy and Strata CGX to give harmonious hop aromas of peach, grapefruit, citrus fruits and a touch of passion fruit. Expect this one to have a strong bitter bite, supported by a malty backbone that all sing off the same hymn sheet.

Raise a glass in cheers to John!
